I'm so excited.... And I just can't hide it!
I just got back and I totally made the majorette line! My heart was beating so fast, my nerves were through the roof, and I almost hit another car on the way to tryouts, but I'll be twirling out on the field next year! And, on an amazing note, I caught my two-turn at tryouts (I always miss these; you throw it up,then you spin around twice and catch it). Thanks for all the good luck wishes... they helped me out soooo much!

Girls Night Out
Dani, Elisabeth, and I had a girls night out tonight. After school, we hung out at Dani's for a bit and then we went to see Failure to Launch. It was very cute! Then we went to Mellow Mushroom (Dani driving; she is 2 months older than me) and Dani and I split a cheese calzone (lent) and Elisabeth had a meat one (though she said she felt guilty about eating meat in front of me...which was sweet). I was just dropped off back at my house, yes, in one piece. Now I cannot make fun of her driving. She did loan me two movies, one for fun and one for my history spring break project (watch a film and write a paper on its historical accuracy). I think I'll go watch one now and make some popcorn with m&ms. I mean, after all, spring break has started!

How cool of a week will that be?

Saturday
Saturday was neat. You probably don't care, but here's what I did!
- woke up at 8
- drove to coliseum
- twirled (learned my solo and it is cute!)
- was about to go home when my mom called. Turns out Codi's science olympiad team was at the coliseum and she wanted a ride back to codi's other event.
- so I drove them
- practiced outside of Codi's event when some Asian guy totally came over and flirted with me.
- weird, huh? I'm not even cute...
- picked up dad at his work and DROVE MY PARENTS to lunch
- Off-the-Grill.... YUM!
- Dropped them back off at the university
- had no plan so I went home and got my bathing suit
- went to Health Plus
- worked out
- swam
- steam room
- went home
- babysat Codi
- watched Paycheck
- watched Walk the Line
- went to bed
I can't believe I have so much freedom!

it hit me... I'm old
I relized just how much I've grown up yesterday. You see, after school I went to the Colosseum to twirl, and I mean that I went. I drove, which is pretty cool considering that I wasn't sure where I was going. Afterwards I went to Burgerking and bought dinner ( just for your knowledge, you should know that the value chicken is now 4 pieces and the value fries are now a small). Then I went to bible study (which is where I actually ate), and drove back home. I know that may seem normal, but I have always relied on someone in the past. Now I can go where I want, when I want. Isn't it weird?
