a wicked of a time

I just got back this morning from atlanta... where I got to see Wicked!
It was awesome.
Galinda/Glinda is my fav hands down
(daddy said I liked her only b/c I'm blonde and us blondes tend to stick together... w/e!)
His favorite were the flying monkeys.
Elphaba flying was pretty cool too, but I enjoyed Galinda's comebacks and overall happiness.
The music was great
(I was a lil disappointed in Julia's No Good Deed, but who could ever compare to Idina?)
I laughed, I cried (not really), it moved me.

Good things can't last forever...

Tonight was the last night of Alias. I really liked how they ended it.... even though parts made me sad. The death toll: guy with creepy eyebrows, Sloane, Irina, and Jack. JACK! I was soooo sad when he died. At the end it was a flash to about 7 years later. Syd had a baby boy, named Jack of course. Isabel then wandered into her room and found a puzzle, the same puzzle syd solved when she was little that only a few ppl can do. She then solves it, knocks it over, then runs outside to join her mom (syd), dad (vaughn), baby jack, and dixon on a walk on the beach into the sunset.... awwwww!

Picnic-ed out

we had a picnic yesterday and two today. So all my past meals have been coke/pepsi, chips, and a hotdog. great, huh? I'm ready to get in the jacuzzi and to sleep...

*Surprise*Suprise*

I got two surprises yesterday.... and both involve tickets!
My daddy bought advanced tickets to the Da Vinci Code, so I get to see it tomorrow!
Also, he got me Wicked Tickets! I'm so excited, well, g2g out to lunch to celebrate my passing of exams today!

beachin'

I went to the beach this past weekend for Codi's soccer tournament. It was fun. I got to take a friend with me, so I took Elizabeth. It was great. We sang Altarboys and watched Airplane on the way down. We spent lots of time running back and forth between the jacuzzi, indoor pool (heated), outdoor pool (bucket of ice *brrrr!), and, of course, the ocean. While in the water, we tried to play frisbee. Elizabeth smacked me in the head with it, so now I have a slash across my forehead. In band today, Doc actually pulled me aside and seriously asked me what happened to my face, to which I replied that I was hit in the head with a frisbee. He laughed and told me that I should have caught it. I put on my sad face and stated that I tried. He laughed again and walked away. nice, eh?

I'm gonna be sore tomorrow...

I had baton this afternoon. When Ali called she said, "Make sure you wear shoes you can run in!" I knew that couldn't be good. We had to run 5 laps around the AU coliseum which I believe equals a mile. We were in a line, then Lori would yell "go!" and the last person would then run to the front of the line. My legs were on fire at the end. Finally it was time to rest. Orginally, at the beginning of practice, Lori said that we would run and then go home. When we stopped, she decided we'd do some ab workouts too! I got a great workout tonight, but I'm gonna be sore tomorrow!

I was drugged up on nyquil this weekend. My nose wouldn't stop running, I cough and sneeze a million times in a row (more like ten) and my throat hurt. I even was made to go to the doc thur (and if I went to the doc, you know I'm sick for this was like my first visit in five years). I curled up on the couch and watched Moulin Rouge twice. It made me happy. Now those songs are stuck in my head...

I'm angry... ARRRRRR!

I just found out that I have band when Lauren comes in town twice a day wed and thur (8:30-11, 3-4:30) and once on fri (8:30-11). It would've been nice to know this beforehand, but what can ya do? at least its not that much... but I hope she won't be mad....

AP Test!

I just got home from my testing.
Yes, I am getting home at 5.
the test wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.
I will admit that I guessed on alot of questions.
The DBQ was a joke it was so easy (either that or I totally failed it).
As for the 2 essays, I kicked butt on one while the other kicked mine.
oh well...
hopefully it will even out...
I'm shooting for a 4, but I honestly think I'll get a 2 or 3...

* last thursday: last band concert of year!
-we played Jurassic park, some crappy song (encanto), and Wizard of Oz (my fav!)
-no more playing in band class! free period! woot!

*jennifer came this weekend with all 3 kids
-ashlee is really cute
-i could have killed sam sun morning 'cause he cries alot
~dad says he cries more than i did!

*cityfest sat
-saw lizzie, tucci (with boyfriend), saba, and ali
-dad fed sam coke and coton candy (only 14 months!)

*sun: talent show at church
-i was pulled up by friends to sing the cyo theme song which I didn't know existed

*today: 1st free monday in forever! I have no baton this week! And, I get to wear baton shirt and ribbon to school tomorrow. YAY!

*stressing out a lil 'cause I have an ap euro history test fri! AHHHHHHHHHHH!
